Terms & Conditions:

1. The competition opens 19th March and closes at 5pm on 29th June 2012 and consists of two draws at the conclusion of the competition with one prize awarded per draw. The winners will be randomly drawn from all entries in the draw.
2. To enter customers must purchase any Bestwood® product and they will receive one (1) entry into the draw. Purchases of the Piper, Milky Way, Milan Pine, Savanna & Moss Grey from the Bestwood Melamine new colours March 2012 range receive two (2) entries into the draw.
3. Competition entries may be submitted either: 1) through the online competition entry form found on www.winwithbestwood.co.nz; 2) via post; or 3) in person with your local Bestwood Account Manager or Carters Joinery Account Manager. All must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Entries must be received by Carter Holt Harvey no later than 5pm on 29th June 2012 to be considered eligible for the competition.
4. All entrants must complete the requested details in full (including participants name, company name, email address, contact phone number) and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is either an invoice or till receipt.
5. Winners will be contacted via telephone by the 13th of July 2012.
6. The competition is open to Joiners currently working in New Zealand. Overseas entries will not be considered.
7. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering and the prize will be awarded to your parent or guardian.
8. There will be 2 separate prizes. Each prize consists of travel vouchers to the value of $3000 together with NZD$1000 spending money. CHH will have no further involvement with the prize. All travel must be organised by the winner with the travel agent who has issued the travel vouchers and vouchers must be used within 12 months of the issue date. Travel costs, including but not limited to, the cost of passports, visas, medical expenses, airport or hotel transfers, travel or personal insurance, items of a personal nature, meals or beverages, airport or port taxes, government taxes or levies, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or room upgrades and additional spending money over and above the $1000, are the responsibility of the prize winner. There will be no cash alternatives. Arrangements for delivery of the prize will be made between Carter Holt Harvey and the winner at Carter Holt Harvey's expense on behalf of the winner.
9. It is a condition of accepting a travel prize that the winner may be requested to present a credit card upon arrival at the hotel to cover all incidentals which may be incurred.
10. By participating, entrants grant CHH Woodproducts exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
11. Only the person who originally entered the competition can be awarded the prize.
12. Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes.
13. Carter Holt Harvey does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
14. This competition is not open to employees or immediate family members of Carter Holt Harvey or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members.
15. Carter Holt Harvey's decision is final in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Carter Holt Harvey reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion. A winner will be drawn from those entries received for a draw as at the date of cancelation.
17. By entering this competition entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them. These rules are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
18. To the extent permitted by law, Carter Holt Harvey its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
19. Carter Holt Harvey is not responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, traffic congestion of the internet or at the website or any combination of technical problems which may result in delay in accepting and registering entries into the promotion.
